Duckyang's human resource policy is centered on human values, respect, and fair treatment for all employees of the company. We compensate all talents with fair payments and support further capacity building and development programs. We strive to create an environment where all employees can maximize their potentials, and implement fair hiring policies, talent nurturing policies, and communications programs for this purpose.
Education Policy  

Duckyang's education policy provides in-house education programs that are needed by each employee, and offers high standard training opportunities that are comparable to the top firms in the country. Each employee is provided with more than 1.5 education programs per year. 0.9% of our annual revenue is spent on education, which is similar to the investment in education at the top firms in the country (1%). Since implementing the team-oriented system and annual salary system, we have been encouraging individual capacity-building activities. We will not hesitate to provide further educational opportunities, and we will expand our programs in the future. Education programs

By rank Entry level employees are offered "basic training," and "promotion training" is offered to provide sufficient capacities to fulfill the tasks of higher ranks
By function We teach professional knowledge, technology, and other important information required to fulfill one's tasks within the department
By purpose We offer technological training, psychological training, and language training that are related to work and other liberal subjects.
